OCTEC Transition to Work

Transition to Work Stories

Our Transition to Work ‘On Track’ booklet tells some amazing stories from participants who have worked with our TtW Program over the last few years.

A book full of inspiring stories from young people coming from various backgrounds and striving to achieve more.

Transition to Work (TTW) is a service funded by the Australian Government that provides assistance to young people aged 15-24 years who are not in employment or education.

The service provides intensive, pre-employment support to improve the work readiness of young people and to help them into work (including Apprenticeships and Traineeships) or education. It has a strong focus on helping young people to understand what is expected in the workplace and to develop the skills, attitudes and behaviours expected by employers.
