Transition to Work (TTW) is a service funded by the Australian Government that provides assistance to young people aged 15-24 years who are not in employment or education.
The service provides intensive, pre-employment support to improve the work readiness of young people and to help them into work (including Apprenticeships and Traineeships) or education. It has a strong focus on helping young people to understand what is expected in the workplace and to develop the skills, attitudes and behaviours expected by employers.
