How to Permanently Delete Your Spitta Chat Account

Below are the steps to permanently delete your account from the Spitta Chat mobile application:

• Log in to your Spitta Chat account on the mobile app.
• Navigate to the Settings page by tapping on the Settings icon located in the navigation bar.
• Tap on “Delete My Account.”
• Enter your registered mobile number and verify it using the OTP sent to your number.
• Select a reason for deleting your account.
• Tap on “Delete My Account.”
• In the confirmation popup, tap “OK.”

Once confirmed, your account will be permanently deleted from the Spitta Chat platform. Please note OCTEC reserves the right to save conversations and evidence for their Commonwealth obligations.
