Vital Support
OCTEC knows that finding good staff is challenging and the cost of employing them is high, especially over the first six months. That’s why we support employers with financial assistance to help meet the costs of taking on new staff. This assistance comes in two primary forms – facilitated access to government wage subsidies and custom-designed OCTEC Biz Support Packages.

By knowing you and your business, OCTEC facilitates access to any available government wage subsidies, ensuring a seamless process.
